Ed was critically wounded in World War II when shrapnel from German artillery almost blew off both his forearms and one of his legs. It took Army doctors two-and-a-half years to rebuild his injured leg and arms. During that time God changed Ed’s life, helping him establish godly priorities and becoming his source of daily strength.
Since then God has stretched Ed to trust Him for every detail of his life—personal and professional. These devotional thoughts are drawn from a lifetime of knowing God and experiencing His faithfulness. Ed challenges his readers to serve God without reservation, and dares them to believe that God rewards those who diligently seek Him!
